While these General Terms apply to the website, individual transactions (e.g., booking a cottage at Happy Valley Resort, purchasing medical equipment from JIST Lifecare, or entering a sourcing agreement with Source Asia) will be governed by separate, specific contracts or terms provided by the relevant sister concern.

4.1 JIST Lifecare (Medical)

• All sales of medical equipment are subject to a separate, formal Purchase Agreement that defines warranties, service terms, and liability limits.

4.2 Happy Valley Resort (Hospitality)

• Resort bookings are subject to availability, cancellation policies, and specific rates provided at the time of booking.
• The Group is not liable for personal injury or loss/damage to personal property occurring at the resort premises, except where caused by gross negligence of the resort staff.

4.3 Source Asia (HK) Trading Co. Ltd. (Trade)

• Any trade or sourcing relationship is subject to a separate, written Trade or Sourcing Contract that outlines payment terms, quality control, shipping liabilities, and delivery schedules.
• The Group's liability in a trade transaction is strictly limited to the terms defined within the specific contract.

5.1 General

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JIST Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the website; or any content obtained from the website.

5.2 Aggregate Liability

In no event shall the JIST Group’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this site.

6.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall be settled by the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
